Taxova.ai (“we”, “our”) helps businesses process GST invoices sent over WhatsApp and related CA dashboards. This policy explains what data we handle.

Data we collect

• WhatsApp phone numbers and message content you send to our business number
• Invoice images, PDFs, and extracted GST fields (GSTIN, amounts, line items, etc.)
• Account and CA dashboard information you provide during onboarding

How we use data

• To extract invoice data, check ITC eligibility, and support GST filing workflows
• To reply on WhatsApp and show results in the CA dashboard
• To operate, secure, and improve the service

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (for example Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and AI processing providers) only to run the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep invoice and chat-related data as needed for GST compliance workflows and your account, unless you ask us to delete it where legally allowed.
