Service

Taxova.ai helps businesses capture GST invoice data via WhatsApp, review it in a dashboard, and prepare filing-related workflows. We provide software tools; you remain responsible for the accuracy of filings submitted to tax authorities.

Accounts & access

You must provide accurate contact and GST-related information. You are responsible for activity on your WhatsApp number and dashboard access credentials.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content
Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
Do not use the service for spam or unauthorized messaging

AI processing

Invoice extraction and assistance may use automated AI systems. Outputs can contain errors; always review results before relying on them for compliance decisions.

Limitation of liability

Taxova.ai is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including tax penalties arising from your filings or decisions made using the service.
